Owner TJ Rodgers was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Even though he now lives in California, he still makes it home frequently to his birth house, which he still owns. He is the founder and retired CEO of Cypress Semiconductor and a former chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). TJ’s wife and co-owner, Valeta Rodgers, is a Berkeley-trained engineer who worked at Cypress Semiconductor, eventually becoming a SRAM design engineering project manager.
