Position: Line Cook
Requirements:
TJ’s Highlands Steakhouse and the Oshkosh Country Club are located on the southern side of Oshkosh. Our mission is to be one of the top steakhouses in the world and provide the premier catering facility for the area. Our facility contains TJ’s Highlands Steakhouse, a beautiful 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, and a family aquatics facility.
Job Brief
Line cooks at TJ’s Highlands prep and cook meals per our standard recipes. Line cooks work with our Head Chef and follow his directions. Line cooks are responsible for producing and cooking meals to our standards.
Responsibilities
- Prep and prepare all menu items in accordance to our standards
- Stocking and maintaining the stations in the kitchen
- Cleaning the kitchen, equipment, dishes, and maintaining a clean environment
- Putting away deliveries
- The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Producing for and working events and outings
Hours
- Nights and weekends are required
- Event work days are dictated by the event
